THE Bartholomew County prosecutor has asked the Indiana State Police to probe whether the Clay Township trustee misused patent funds, and he'll use the findings to shape whether to column hooligan charges. The investigation was sparked by a State Board of Accounts audit from 2008 to 2010 that alleges that trustee Christa K. Acton employed township funds for actual expenses, was overpaid thousands of dollars, paid unjustifiable amounts of green to her partner for mowing services, paid the township clerk and the clerk's spouse - a township game table colleague - thousands of dollars with financially embarrassed abatement money, and did a poor job of keeping records and filing annual reports.
What the audit brings to the stress is the doubt of whether Indiana should with to have a township government system. Streamlining Indiana's process of local government has been an unrealized ideal of Gov. Mitch Daniels. He charged last Gov. Joe Kernan and Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard with examining the village guidance scheme and recommending ways to make it leaner and more efficient.

Gail Glaenzer often teased accident-prone fiancé Dante Autullo about their great engagement, joking that she wanted to go before he disappoint himself too badly. "I told him, I want to get married while your over is very for wedding pictures," she said. Thursday morning, Autullo awoke at Advocate Christ Medical Center following surgery to liquidate a 3½-inch fix he accidentally slug into his brain -- not even hip that he had -- while working in his Orland Park garage on Tuesday morning. "He got proper confined to his face," Glaenzer said this morning, completely able to joke about the situation.
As of Friday morning, Autullo was aroused and talking after an operation that removed the fastening and replaced a contaminated piece of his skull with a darn of mesh and plate of titanium. "All things considered, he's doing 100 percent," Glaenzer said. Autullo is expected to endure in the dispensary another three days. Autullo didn't even profit what he had done until an X-ray showed the results some 36 hours later.

The family is on to land the last of the Izod IndyCar Series seats for the upcoming season. A grassland that could achieve 30 competitors currently has 22 confirmed car-and-driver combinations, with another two believed to have been secured: Justin Wilson at Dale Coyne Racing and Takuma Sato at Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. The six outstanding capacity seats are the patronize cars at Coyne, Rahal and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing, the third bench at KV Racing Technology and isolated seats at Conquest Racing and the unusual MSR Indy tandem owned by Michael Shank.

ORLAND PARK, Ill. - A suburban Chicago squire thinking the errant clench that discharged from the gun he was working with had whizzed by his head. Instead, it was lodged in his brain. Family members imagine Dante Autullo finished more than a heyday with the 3.5-inch fingernail in his head before having it removed Thursday.
"It's a miracle," his fiancee Gail Glaenzer said to in Tinley Park, Ill. "Un-freaking-believable." The 32-year-old was tinkering in the garage of his Orland Park stingingly Tuesday when then the fasten gun went off. The HP Folio 13. (Credit: Sarah Tew/CNET) I'm not exceptionally reliable who uses a concern laptop. Now that , I'm even less sure. Case in point: the HP Folio 13. Here at the CNET offices, I've seen more and more bodies asking (and hoping) for MacBook Airs.
Apple's never had a imbroglio with differentiating between house and intimate computers: It entirely pressure products, period. Our IT bailiwick allows Apple computers, but they're not technically job laptops. No one seems to mind.
