TV Guide Network takes a twinge at fact TV with ‘Nail Files’

That’s where Katie Cazorla steps in. The spunky, blond fastening maven is the proprietress of The Painted Nail in Sherman Oaks.p And her vitality - direction a salon, managing ill-tempered staffers and maintaining a bodily time with her music producer fiance Walter Afanasieff - is chronicled in the unknown series "Nail Files" premiering Tuesday on the TV Guide Network.
